LOOKLOOK Terms & Conditions
By using and/or visiting this Website (collectively, including all content and functionality available through the LOOKLOOK.CO.UK domain name, the “LOOKLOOK Website”, or “Website”, or “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Use (also referred to herein as “TOU” and referred to herein as this “Agreement”). The TOU apply to all users of the LOOKLOOK Website, including users who are also contributors of photographic, video content, information, and other materials or services on the Website. The LOOKLOOK Website includes all aspects of LOOKLOOKBOOTH, including but not limited to all products, software and services offered via the website.
You understand that all postings, messages, text, files, images, photos, video, sounds, or other materials (“Content”) posted on, transmitted through, or linked from the Service, are the sole responsibility of the parties from whom such Content originated and that such Content is governed by an Entertainment Agreement. More specifically, the Entertainment Agreement allows LOOKLOOK the unrestricted right to display, sell, e-mail, and distribute the Content taken inside a LOOKLOOKBOOTH event photobooth and/or by photographers and/or multimedia professionals. The Entertainment Agreement allows the Content to be available for online viewing, distribution, and purchase by the public.
You understand that LOOKLOOK does not control, and is not responsible for Content made available through the Service, and that by using the Service, you may be exposed to Content that is offensive, indecent, inaccurate, misleading, or otherwise objectionable.
You agree that you must evaluate, and bear all risks associated with, the use of any Content, that you may not rely on said Content, and that under no circumstances will LOOKLOOK be liable in any way for any Content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, emailed or otherwise made available via the Service. You acknowledge that LOOKLOOK does not pre-screen or approve Content, but that LOOKLOOK shall have the right (but not the obligation) in its sole discretion to refuse, delete or move any Content that is available via the Service, for violating the letter or spirit of the TOU or for any other reason.
LOOKLOOK LTD is an insured photo booth rental company.
Terms of payment
1: General Terms & Conditions:
1:0 LOOKLOOK will recover the cost of accommodation expenses and petrol where ceremony is at a distance of 100 miles or greater. Travel will be charged at 40p per mile.
1:1 It may be necessary to travel on the evening prior to the wedding to avoid traffic and other problems also it may be necessary to stay overnight where a wedding runs late. The cost of accommodation shall be reimbursed from the client with regards to late and distant weddings.
1:2 Food and beverages must be provided to all photographers where attendance is over 5 hrs.
1:3 Any additional charges incurred, will be recovered from applicant.
1:4 No additional travelling expenses will be incurred unless previously stated.
2: Booking Fee:
2:0 A £150non-refundable booking fee is required to confirm any booking of LOOKLOOK services. The £150 booking fee covers any administration costs and secures the services of LOOKLOOK’S service. This booking fee is NON REFUNDABLE. Reservations are made on a strictly first come – first served basis. Dates will ONLY be secured upon receipt of the reservation fee.
3: Payment Terms:
3:0 Following payment of the remaining booking fee, balance of fees due are to be paid as follows: the remainin amount is due 21 days prior to the event date. No service will be delivered until all payments due have been paid in full. Payment for additional images is to be made when they are ordered.
3:1 Any hours over the allotted 4 are to be charged at an hourly rate of £100.
4: Prices:
4:0 All prices quoted exlude VAT unless stated otherwise. Prices and specifications are subject to change.
5: Copyright:
5:0 The 1988 Copyright Design & Patents Act – section 77 & 80 assigns copyright of photographs/digital images to LOOKLOOK LTD It is contrary to the act to copy or allow to be copied photographs captured by LOOKLOOK by any means.
6: Digital files:
6:0 All digital files remain the property of LOOKLOOK unless copyright has been purchased by the client for personal use only. On purchase of copyright LOOKLOOK will release all high resolution files to the client ready to use on DVD/CD Rom discs along with copyright release information. The client shall be solely responsible for the discs safe keeping from that point onwards.
6:1 Any additional sets of discs requested shall be charged at £50 per set.
7: Albums & supplied prints:
7:0 LOOKLOOK take the utmost care while producing albums and supplied prints. Our products are subject to rigorous quality inspections and are dispatched in perfect condition. On receiving our product(s) the client will have 7 working days to report any fault or problem due to shipping or handling to LOOKLOOK. LOOKLOOK will rectify any fault free of charge during this time period. Faults reported outside 7 working days will be subject to costs.
8: Cancellation of services:
8:0 The client may cancel their contract with LOOKLOOK at any given time up to eight weeks before the date of the wedding by sending written notice to LOOKLOOK. LOOKLOOK will reimburse any monies paid LESS the reservation fee which remains non refundable. Cancellation less than 8 weeks before the wedding date will result in the payment in full.
9: Force Majeure or Act of God:
9:0 The due performance of this contract is subject to alteration or cancellation by either party owing to any cause beyond their control.
10: Limitation of Liability:
10:0 In the unlikely event of a total photographic failure or cancellation of this contract by either party or in any other circumstance the liability of one party to the other shall be limited to the total value of the contract. Neither party shall be liable for indirect or consequential loss.
